Auto-Post in Several Facebook Groups in one click
In this article, we will explain how to auto-post on multiple Facebook groups using the Facebook group auto-poster tool.
Facebook played a major role in the 2016 US Presidential US. Some digital marketing agencies hired by political parties managed to influence the vote with an advertising campaign on Facebook.
Since then, Mark Zuckerberg decided to update the Facebook algorithm. The consequences for Facebook page owners were catastrophic. The reach of Facebook pages decreased immensely. Facebook is now focused on friends and communities rather than businesses.
That means a post published on personal accounts or groups have more reach than all of the others. If you don’t have a bigger budget for advertising, publishing posts in Facebook groups can be a practical way to promote your business for free.
There are millions of Facebook groups in almost all the niches of the world. As an entrepreneur or marketer, one of your goals in your social media strategy would be to share your content in targeted Facebook groups of your niche. But this task is certainly time-consuming. Growth hackers have been searching for some methods to automate this work. Tools like that used to exist, but they don’t work anymore. Luckily, you came into this article in which we will show you how to publish a post in multiple Facebook groups at once using our PhoneBot software. You will be able to automate mass content sharing on multiple Facebook groups.
1. Prepare a List of Facebook Groups
The first thing to do is create a list with the names of the Facebook groups where you want to publish your content.
Since you surely know how to find groups on Facebook, we won’t go deep on the subject. All you need to do is type the keywords of your niche on Facebook and filter the results by groups.
Once you get the list of results, copy the names of the Facebook groups word by word, without any spelling mistakes and respecting the lower and upper case. Then paste them in a Google spreadsheet.
Then you need to join these Facebook groups. PhoneBot will not be able to auto-post in these Facebook groups if you are not a member of them.
2. Create the Post
Write a post on Facebook as you would usually do. Once the post is published, copy the link to it and save it in the same spreadsheet you placed the group names. This information is essential, as PhoneBot will need it to perform the task.
3. Configure PhoneBot to Auto-Post in Several Facebook Groups
3.1 Download and Install PhoneBot on Your Computer
If you haven’t installed PhoneBot yet, you can test it for free. There is a guide that explains step by step how to install it and a video knowledge base that describes the process from scratch. Our community forum, the live chat, and our VIP ticket support are at your disposal to help you whenever necessary. 3.2 Configure the “Auto-Post on Facebook Groups” Task on PhoneBot
Once you have downloaded, installed and correctly activated the PhoneBot software on your computer, you need to create a campaign and configure the desired task.
- On the PhoneBot dashboard, create a campaign and name it.
You can pick any name you want. Remember that a campaign is composed of one or several tasks.
Then choose the desired task. In this case, select “Facebook Share Post in Groups” under Authority.
Another way to access the task is by using the left menu. There you will find all the tasks sorted by categories and platforms.
Make sure to choose the right task. If you accidentally click on the wrong one, you can unselect it at any time.
THE POST DAILY LIMIT
Once you land on the task page, you can start configuring all the details of the specific task.
We are committed to the protection of your Facebook account. To avoid triggering any spam alert, we strongly recommend keeping to the PhoneBot limit of 10 posts per day.
Provide PhoneBot a Google spreadsheet containing the group names and the URLs to your posts. Do not forget to divide the information in two columns, one containing the URLs to your posts, and the other the group names without any spelling mistakes. We have previously seen how to prepare this file. All you need to do is copy and paste the URL of your spreadsheet in the corresponding field.
ENABLE TASK AND CAMPAIGN
Once you’ve created your messages, do not forget to save your configuration and enable your task.
Then, enable your campaign on the Campaigns page.
4. Run PhoneBot to Auto-Post in Several Facebook Groups
To execute the campaigns, you need to use the PhoneBot software already installed on your Computer.
You can run your tasks from any of the first two tabs of the PhoneBot software (see image below). The first tab enables you to execute your whole campaign, which is to say, all the tasks configured in a particular campaign; whereas the second tab allows you to execute one specific task from a campaign. Make sure to choose the right campaign and device (this task can be performed either in a computer or a smartphone). Then just click on “Run”.
For further and more detailed information on the campaign and task execution, please refer to this detailed tutorial.
As PhoneBot has black belt of Ninjutsu, it will take its time to perform the job. If it went too fast, Facebook would detect your automation activity and block your account.
What is particularly amazing about PhoneBot is that you will be able to reply through your smartphone to the people who commented on your post. No need to log in to your VPS or your software running with proxies. You take the phone, open the app, and reply to them directly!
